To start the registration please complete our Registration form and return it to us with the registration fee.
You will also need to have your child’s physician complete the medical form which is attached to the registration form and get that back to us before school begins.
Because we are a "cooperative program" you will be required to assist in your child's class apporoximately once per month. As required by NJ state law, all parents must be fingerprinted before their child will be allowed to start school.
